Village Childcare has established an excellent reputation in London and across the Home Counties. Our services are strictly confidential which is of particular importance to many of our high profile clients.

We understand that every family is unique and we work hard to ensure the very best possible match for both families and Childcarers. We will only present candidates who fulfil your requirements, eliminating unnecessary time wasting.

Our carefully selected Childcarers are thoroughly vetted to ensure only the best candidates are presented to you. We support you throughout the selection process, whether this is the first time you have hired a Childcarer or not. We can offer advice on everything from interview questions to contracts and nanny-tax and we’re on hand even once you have successfully selected a candidate; we offer an unrivalled after-placement advice and support service.

Once you have provided us with a brief, we will promptly begin our search for your ideal Childcarer. We aim to present two to three suitably matched candidates within a pre-determined time frame. We will then arrange interview times suitable to both your family and the candidate(s) you have selected. Once you have made your decision, we will notify the candidate on your behalf and will also negotiate the terms of contract to ensure a smooth and harmonious hiring process.

Village Childcare offers a range of Childcare solutions. Nannies, Nanny/Housekeepers, Maternity Nurses, Mother’s Helpers and Au Pairs.Our rate structure below reflects our continued efforts to provide modern Childcare at an affordable rate.

Nanny (temporary 1 to 6 weeks)	£290.00*
Nanny/Housekeeper	£480.00*
Maternity Nurse	£480.00*
Mother’s Help	£380.00*
Au Pair	£320.00*
Au Pair Plus	£380.00*
Travel Nannies (all inclusive rates from)	£400.00*
Emergency cover	(from) £80.00 per day

*Please note that there is an additional charge of £60 if you require a live-in childcarer. This applies to all of the above positions.

*Our permanent placements are guaranteed for a full 4 weeks from the date of placement, if for any reason you need a replacement Childcarer, we will provide one free of charge.
